Goal Vinci Energies wants to enhance the experience of guests visiting La Factory, its building dedicated to innovation. Vinci is also looking to support its reception staff.
Duration The experimentation ran over 3 months including prototyping and testing.
Project Heasy navigates the lobby. As guests arrive, they can check-in with Heasy. By doing so, their host receives a notification about the arrival. Heasy can then guide the guest to one of three areas of La Factory where guests can wait for their contact.
